End-to-end industrial project execution process
Project delivery as General Contractor
We assume full responsibility for scope, schedule and budget, delivering turnkey investments.
Pre-investment analysis and technical concept

Basic and detailed design
We prepare complete design documentation required for permitting and construction.
Support in obtaining permits and administrative decisions
We manage the entire formal and administrative process, coordinating with authorities and regulatory bodies.
Selection of suppliers and contractors
We manage procurement processes, negotiate technical and commercial terms, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
Contractor management in the OE (Owner’s Engineer) model
We manage the project on behalf of the Investor, supervising contractors and verifying scope and technical compliance.
Coordination of subcontractor contracts
We supervise all contractors, integrating their work within a coherent project structure.
Project management and technical supervision
Projects are executed in line with PMI standards, ensuring design supervision, multidisciplinary coordination and investor oversight.
Supervision of installation, testing and commissioning
We organize and control installation works, supervise process testing and commissioning.
Handover and as-built documentation
We prepare acceptance documentation and support obtaining occupancy permits.
Service and operational support
We provide post-commissioning support, periodic inspections, technical staff training and upgrades.
